Specialized Kinesiology Practitioner, Educator, Healer, Author, Outdoor Enthusiast & Creative
My life path as a teacher and therapist has led me to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 20 years combined. I earned a degree in 2013 as a Professional Counselor (MA) after being an educator for eleven years (MAEd). My practice is a marriage between those backgrounds as a Specialized Kinesiology Practitioner. Though I have a professional background as a counselor, I do not practice psychotherapy. Instead I have chosen to offer my clients alternative healing modalities.
I live in beautiful Western North Carolina and when I am not working, I can be found hiking on trails through the mountains, fly fishing, photographing the beautiful Blue Ridges, enjoying holy moments over coffee, and always grateful for the presence of those dear to my heart.
Aside from that, I have committed my life to seeking what it means for me to just be. I am passionate to humbly walk alongside the healing brigade in the world today with a devotion to wholeheartedness.
